2-night minimum stay per room
No minimum stay requirement for ‘last-minute’ reservations made within 14 days of arrival
5-night minimum for all whole villa stays and reservations within or overlapping December 19 – January 4th
The government requires that we add a VAT (value-added tax) of 10% to your total and there is a 10% service charge.
Additional occupants (beyond two people) 12 years or older are $20 per person per night, including breakfast.
Breakfast for children under 12 staying in your room additional to two adults is $10 each. This is not included in the rates listed above.
If you have a group larger than the eight-to-ten people Calibishie Cove can accomodate, we can arrange nearby accommodations for additional guests, with sufficient notice.
A 50% deposit is required for confirmation. Deposits are refundable (less 5% for credit card charges) when a cancellation is received 30 days prior to the date of arrival. This deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 1 month prior to arrival. No-shows or nights lost to delayed arrivals are charged in full.
